Assignment Summary Sheet
We want all employees to succeed in each and every assignment with CDL Staffing. As such, we will go through all the details of the assignment as well as policies and procedures with CDL Staffing.
We will give you a copy of the Assignment Summary Sheet for the position you accepted. This document provides a great overview of the assignment and helps answer any questions you may have after leaving our office. The following is an example:

Position Summary: | Provide on time and undamaged deliveries in the safest and most efficient manner while operating a Class A vehicle. |
Physical Requirements: | Driving for long periods of time. Operating pallet jack to move freight as needed. |

Pay: | $20.00 per hour plus time and one half for all hours physically worked over 40 in a week. |
Safety Equipment: | Client will provide all necessary equipment. (Except steel toe shoes) |
Dress Code: | Jeans and work shirts are ideal. Wear comfortable closed toed shoes. |
Lunch: | 30 minutes (please be sure to punch in and out each day) |
Type: | “Temp-to-Perm” they want to hire you direct after several months. |
Timecards: | You will punch in and out on their timekeeping system. They will send us a report each week for payroll. |
